The Momentum Academy is an academic and therapeutic learning center that partners with families, to encourage students to realize their full potential, identity, and value. Individualized curriculum is designed specifically for each student and carried out in a low student/teacher ratio. The Momentum Academy views each student holistically, taking into account the academic, emotional, and spiritual needs of each student.

The Momentum Academy believes in nurturing the whole child academically, emotionally, and spiritually.

As the school grows, it is the goal that class sizes will remain between 8 to 10 students. Our teachers are trained in working with students with learning differences. Through their empathetic, caring and creative approach to teaching, students are able to maximize their potential.

The Momentum Academy believes the potential of all students is often untapped and that by teaching to individual learning styles, building on students' strengths, and remediating areas of weakness, all students will have a solid foundation and the self esteem to allow them to achieve their loftiest goals.

The Momentum Academy customizes learning to fit the student. Each student receives whatever type of specialized instruction he or she needs. Our school is particularly appropriate for students with learning differences such as dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, dyspraxia, expressive and receptive language disorders, ADHD/ADD, auditory processing disorder, anxiety, and high-functioning autism.

The inclusion of elementary grades is planned for the future.
